Walpulse grows out of concrete work in the Ethereum Uruguay ecosystem. It began as a hackathon project, became signals from an autonomous agent, and later an independent project delivering on-chain reputation intelligence for wallets.

At the Ethereum Uruguay Hackathon 2026 (3rd edition), the ORIGO project — verifiable analysis of wallet source of funds — won 1st place in the Startup category. The final pitch and awards ceremony took place at Blockchain Summit Global 2026 (Montevideo).
It did not stay a demo: source-of-funds signals were integrated into production as Walcert Origins. Walpulse is the independent project that continues and expands that approach.

She has extensive experience in legal compliance, advising on comprehensive security standards (such as ISO 27001), legal structuring of smart contracts, and intellectual property protection. Her track record designing legal architectures for innovative technology projects provides the solid normative base that enables transforming on-chain data analysis into institutional regulatory intelligence and risk-mitigation tools.
